Culver Solutions, founded in 2009, is a Real Estate Investment company specializing in meeting our investors investment criteria through commercial real estate in emerging markets throughout the country. We utilize multifamily and self-storage asset classes as the vehicle to achieve our investors goals. We turn assets from non-performing to performing as each and every property is unique and each has their own unique solution. Our Commercial Division focuses on the Multifamily and Self Storage asset classes, while the Residential Division specializes in Short Sales in the pre-foreclosure market. We have offices in Maryland and New Hampshire although we provide solutions coast to coast.
